Welcome Sound Delays?

does anyone experiencing a delays of welcome sound like 5-10 minutes before you hear it? if does was my computer OK about that sound delays so far i haven't experienced massive problem



but when it idles my computer to 30 minutes to 1hour my computer freezes even if i press the NumLock,ScroolLock,and Caps Lock to make the light ON indicator on keyboard that won't happen not until i restart the computer or i can only prevent the crashing if i open some application such as games to idle it without crashing..

Do a disk cleanup, disk defrag and check your hard drive space and your RAM this can sometimes cause delay

after months it seems i can't find any way to fix the Welcome sound delays but it seems there's nothing wrong with it besides the delay sound
