Hi all

I've visited the forum a couple of times before when I've been looking for information, and I eventually took the time to register - probably because I've never found an answer to the problem I have at the moment :D

Anyway, Hello everyone. I'll do my best to help out if I can, but I'm sure there are many who have far more knowledge and experience than I do, but you never know ;)

A bit about me..... I'm old! I'm also a Yorkshireman, married for far too many years (scary or what), couple of kids now all grown up, couple of grandkids, and I run my own UK limited company as I work primarily as a software trainer (whenever I can get a contract that is).

I like to ride my Honda CBR1100XX which I bought new in 2001, and I like to mess around with computers and technology - although I would prefer it if things were a tad easier at times! My wife hates me being sat on this thing all the time, but it's better than watching TV all night!

windows 7 ethernet driver issues

I've recently installed windows 7 to my HP ENVY H8-1409 which also runs windows 10 (dual boot). The problem I have now is I cannot connect to the internet via wifi or ethernet. I look in my device manager and it says some of my drivers need to be updated but my computer cant find them. when i look online for the drivers matching my computers model number and windows 7, i have no luck. Can only find for windows 8 and 8.1. I imagine it is because the computer was Windows 8 from the factory, but i feel there should still be a way around this issue.
