This forum was a tremendous help in figuring out a Windows Update lockup last fall (2016) on my new Lenovo 11e laptop. Since then, I have referred to it several times for help with simpler problems, such as Backup and Windows Live Mail.
The latest was a problem with Windows Media Player and a need to reset its "database".
Ah, where would we be if Microsoft's OS didn't have all these problems?

I just started on here. So nice to meet you. I'll post on here when I'm having problems. I'm good with computers but a bit lacksidazy so I mess it up by accident sometimes. It happens so I have to get it fixed sometimes. Normally have errors or corrupted files. I do a bit of coding as a hobby and gaming in my spare time. I enjoy it.
