What are pmxdrv.sys, pwdrvio.sys and pwdspio.sys services in Autoruns?

When I run Autoruns and show everything, under HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services I have the following 3 entries with no description or publisher: pmxdrv.sys, pwdrvio.sys and pwdspio.sys.

I've Googled and didn't find much. When I right click on the entries in Autoruns and choose VirusTotal they show nothing found.

I was wondering if anybody had seen these files/services before and could shed some information on them. Right-click on pmxdrv.sys and choose Malwarebytes scan shows no infection.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

The pw's appear to be from MiniTool Partition Wizard, but just guessing I'd say the pm is Partition Magic i.e. that you have been fiddling with partition tools on your PC.

EDIT: Laith is quicker-on-the-draw than I am!

Thanks. Yes I've used the MiniTool Partition Wizard. I use the Partition Wizard regularly and I think I've tried Partition Magic at least once with my system. I appreciate the quick responses. Thanks again.

I have just looked around for ages where pmxdrv.sys is from. I am necroing this to tell anyone else who might stumble here that:

pmxdrv.sys is a component of the INTEL-SA-00086 Detection Tool included in SA00086_Windows.zip in case anyone else is wondering where it came from. That is the Hyperthreading Bug detection Tool. Possibly included in other Intel tools.
