So some minutes ago my antivirus denied access to some temp file I never rember gettin, PUA Candy gen or something along those lines. I scaned the whole temp folder and found another virus identical to this 1 and a couple of suspicious files. Needles to say I am curently scanning the drivers for more viruses. I deleted the whole temp folder.
I'm not sure if I should be afraid, rework my passwords or what else, I don't usually get viruses as I scan every download so i don't know where those came from.
Any suggestions?

just delete all the associated files and run a cleaner software to make sure you got it all.

The database of your antivirus need to update frequently and timely. The viruses may have entered your PC before but your antivirus could not detect them at that time. Or the viruses just came from other unknown source. You can remove the viruses by your antivirus after the scan is complete. Don't worry.

You tell us nothing about what programs you scanned with.

If it was my computer I would scan with:

1. Malwarebytes Anti Malware
2. Eset Online free scanner
3. Super Anti Spyware
4. AdwCleaner

You should run Malwarebytes and AdwCleaner in this situation. Don't worry about the infections if they are removed.
