Hello Nabatski

Welcome to Seven Forums!

I do hear that there is compatibility issues with modern Windows OS and some Android emulators, so be careful before you start to buy.

Very difficult to recommend hardware now, on a Windows Seven Forum, as most new hardware (Processor and Motherboard) is only now compatible with Windows 10.

At any rate you will probably need at least 400W power supply and 4GB RAM, minimum.

Once, you have gathered all components that you have selected, then you will need a small screwdriver to put your build together, and a few anti-static bags and/or wrist-band, with which to keep your components safe as everything gradually comes together.

To properly run emulation, you need fast computer, since there is extra layer of translating software that takes extra time, yet your budget is not that high, so if I was you I would probably buy used, running Win7 (4 core if possible) computer and upgrade HDD to SSD, maybe add some RAM. That may save you building new computer and if you never build computer before, you will run into problems like drivers (even order of installing them is important) etc.

Its better to goto a local computer shop and buy one from there the cost saving building yourown is very low and if you buy a built one its under warrenty. If its to play Android games why not get a chrome book

Agreed. The only viable reason to building your own computer (other than the experience) is customization for a very high end computer. Even then there are shops that custom design systems. You won't really save any money for a generic low to mid range pc over the major manufacturers.

Thank you for all replied guys, ill take your suggestion and just want to say that I'm not making some desktop/computer to just play android games using emulator, but play smooth and good in other online games, actually that budget is my minimum price to build some computers, i know having gaming computer is to expensive and I'm want really to have one, so for that I'm willing to spend money, ill post this because I want to know what specs I need to buy! :-):-):-)

Sky is the limit for gaming computers.
To start, you should see the minimal game hardware requirements.
You're going to spent more than US$ 600 on a medium class gaming computer (without monitor). And new computers only run Win 10.

See if you can buy a used computer
CPU i5
Good MB
Memory - 8G
PS - 600W
