There is no such thing as a free lunch.
Paid Anti Virus would be my recommendation.

Suggest you should have included asking people why they chose free or paid as part of your questioning.

Then you can get a shed load of MS PAID stuff for FREE including Windows, Servers, MS Office -- and the corporate edition of MS security - Frontside Client security far better than 90% of the rubbishy bloatware that tries to pose as "AV security" and uses algorithms based on last centuries attacks -- "Dinosaur Technology".
