It is an Asus overclocking tool that doesn't do too well on newer intel chips. I don't think it does well on most anything. Best to leave alone. Google it if you want more on what it is exactly.

Digging an old thread...

Asus TurboV EVO doing well when you're using Auto Tuning GPU Boost.

Asus talking, it might be necessary to uninstall or stop services of your others 3rd parties GPU softwares and AMD/NviDIA set to default.

It might be made for the Integrated GPU working along with a Pci-e GPU cards and recent Intel CPU allowing iGpu.

On reboot, if you enter the Bios you can see directly that the settings had been applyed while on your open session.

You can use it as a start, to see which parameters it applys.

Asus have provided a security for Bsod and it will not start & will reboot with better parameters reseted.

It is official overclocking from an Asus software that will not extreme push the overclocking of the CPU and DRAM and is limited slightly under what you can expect and slightly up the Turbo mode.

Just In Between!

As far as i know about Asus TuboV Evo....!

I'm not hidding that some fine tuning have to be made in Bios before or after.

Software overclocking just about always overvolts the CPU. if you are going to overclock, I would suggest doing it by hand. If you are talking about a laptop, I would not try overclocking it at all. Laptops are extremely limited as to the heat they can get out. With computers anyone will tell you heat kills.

^ and quite possibly, overclocking a laptop will void the warranty. Don't laptops pretty much keep you out of that area of the BIOS?
