I came across an event message related to my computer that read something like:

"The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer 'ANOTHER COMPUTER NAME IN MY HOME' that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport. The master browser is stopping or an election is being forced."

What does this mean? Why is my computer telling me about another computer in the house that I never use (it belongs to a family member)? Should I be concerned? With all the news of compromised systems, the message can appear to translate as "someone is trying to hack into your computer."
