I know it means i have problem with that, but what is the co-processor i have never heard of that before

Have you tried to run update from the "triangle"

Usually the coprocessor is graphics or sound card related.

Any changes to your soft/ hardware lately ?

In device manager the triangle indicates there is a problem, usually a driver. If a driver is needed for the coprocessor it should have been installed when installing win 7. To do it now you would have to update your bios. Are you having any problems

no problems but i was curious what that meant, so my new question is am i still running as a dual processor speed or a single, and if i flash my bios will i have to re-install windows
