What Games Are You Playing? [3]

I finally got around to starting Metro 2033 last week, I've had Last Light since it came out but wanted to complete 2033 before I got my teeth into it. I've got to say I really don't like it, it seems 'messy' for want of a better word and it just feels like there's no real flow to the game. I'm hoping Last Light is a lot better as 2033 just doesn't do it for me.

Having said that I'm wondering how much spending over a year almost exclusively playing Battlefield titles has affected my perception of other FPS games. FarCry 3 really sucked me in though, I thought that was an immense game and I enjoyed it thoroughly, slightly less so with Bioshock Infinite, so maybe 2033 really was below par?

I'm toying with the idea of starting Call of Juarez: Gunslinger next, either that or Tomb Raider.

Tomb Raider is a must play! You should get into Counter Strike Global Offensive but be prepared...to lose your life, ive played 120 hours this month:/

Been playing Dark Souls 2, to my surprise, i can run it on medium 40+fps average! Happy days! Apart from when i get mauled by a skeleton with a broken sword...grr.

I sold my soul to the devil and made an Origin account, then got Dead Space for free (which I never played before). Apparently EA is offering a free game to new Origin users (who sign up till May 8th) each month. Posted a topic about it in this forum, so go discuss there.

I already know lots about Dead Space and will surely play through it, but other than that?

Yeah, Tomb Raider is amazing...

I finished it at 100% this Tuesday set to "normal" mode (29 out 34 success unlocked in solo playgame). It tooks me 41hours of fun!!

Started yesterday the "difficult" mode to unlock those last 5 success on Solo.

Ordered today the "Dishonored GOTY" Ed and i'm quite happy of it. Looks a good start for that designed style.

Hi mate, yeah it seems pretty cool so far. Not played it enough to get a proper feel for it yet. And the multiplayer isn't live til tomorrow but it seems like a good game.

It is a killer on my PC though, really demanding. I am playing it at 2560x1440 and I am getting between 45-55FPS, if I do a small OC on my GPU I can maintain 60. It uses pretty much all the 3GB of Vram and system ram usage is nearly 6GB while the game is running. My CPU hit 70C after an hour on it and the GPU was about the same.
That was all running on Ultra though.
