Just started a new game of Star Wars the Old Republic. Old game, and certainly showing its age now..

Kortor 1 and 2 is most likely my favorite game in the world, i searched countless websites for someway to make the game into 1920x1080p resolution but all the mods and cracks make don't work, they just make the text smaller

Anyway I just got BF3, can't play it yet, it has to much internet issues and updates and so on,will play next week. As for current game I am playing witcher 2, second play but with different choices...

Did anyone play left for dead 2? I want a good zombi killing type game, i have dead island which is pretty fun, but repetitive, so I want something more like resident evil?

L4D2 was pretty good, but I prefer the 1st over the second one myself.

But, its fair to mention Im not a huge L4D fan either simply because Im not that into Multiplayer games like this.

Although they are both multiplayer games, L4D2 seems to lean more heavily towards the MP side of things.
It still has SP campaigns though.

It is good, and you will like it if you liked the first one.
The biggest difference is new maps, and a different cast of characters, but overall much the same.

Perhaps one of the bigger L4D fans can give a bit better insight.




You know, RE got a lot of bad hype, but I really enjoyed it quite a bit.


---BTW, Steam has the halloween sale ATM. Quite a few horror type games on sale ..
L4D2 is ony $6.70.

And for those who do not have it .. I recommend Amnesia for $4.

Especially since the rpg's i like have to be set in middle age type game play, with swords,bows and a dragon here and there would be nice

I saw elder scrolls skyrem is coming out, i played the very first one, but didn't like it, maybe this one will be different.

but i'm also waiting for COD: MW3, LA Noire and Batman Arkham City... aaaaah can't wait to play them

Yeah I have already placed my per-order for the collectors edition of Batman Arkham City. And COD MW3 will have to be more than great if it is to compete with BF3... Is Gears of war 3 ever coming out on pc? Cause where i am from it doesn't exist for pc.

only Gears of War 1 came out for PC than the company announced that there wont be GOW2 for PC before releasing it and it'll be exclusive for 360 and GOW3 now also only for XBOX 360 and i already bought my copy of GOW3 for 360 of course but i did'nt start playing it as i have attached my 360 with my LCD Monitor through a generic VGA Cable and it has image ghosting problem and i dont enjoy my 360 on it as it show blurry result so as soon as i will get the Original VGA Cable so GOW3 will be the first to beat in my list

Cool, cause in my opinion and usually when i say this i get hunted down by console fans, but I think that games are just better on a pc, you get better graphics, faster responses, i prefer playing on a keyboard over the analog stuff, and personally, i can get 90/100 head shots with a mouse and pc, but on console i will be lucky to 2 or 3, and i know there are gamers that are super good with console, but as i said in my opinion games on pc is better, and if you have a good gaming rig, and can play with dx11 and full anti anilising and all those wonderful features....the entire game comes to life and rocks! How ever fighting games are better on console,thats a fackt hehe. But i just got way of topic,so will end with the final words:

dont worry i'm no console fan boy i just get those games for 360 that does'nt come out for PC like Beyonetta, GOW2-3, Alan Wake etc. I love my PC and yes there's nothing better than a PC when it comes to Hardcore Gaming on FPS's i don't like to play FPS on console at all. But i must say that 3rd Person games are real fun on 360 too and some fighting games like Mortal Kombat, Tekken etc to enjoy with cousins and friends

Anyone here playing Deus Ex : Human Revolution - The Missing Link ?

I'm doing my second playthrough of the no DLC version. I plan to purchase the DLC when I get to that specific part of the quest.

Check out Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance if RTSes are your thing. After finishing the (disappointingly short) campaign, grab the Duncane AI and Sorian AI fixes, a bunch of custom maps, and you're good to go.
