It says on the official website that the latest release was back in 2017. It seems that it went open source after that? Is someone still developing it, perhaps with a new name for the program?
As it's stated in their own homepage, the program is no longer in active development (fundamentally, has been abandoned) years ago.
The most common fork actively improving is nowadays OpenShell.
It includes a all the features of the latest Classic Shell plus improved support for Win8 and Win10, and partial support for Win11.
