What happened to Shutdown Box?

Well, in XP if you shutdown via "shutdown.exe -s -c "Hello" -t 10", you'd have a nice dialog with a ticking clock. But doing the equivalent "shutdown /s /c "Hello" /t 10" just yields a message box with comment, a title but no timer.

Am I missing something here, or the box has been revamped for good?
