So what happen when 2 PCS in same network have different IP address?

Example:

192.168.1.1
192.168.10.1

Change #2 to 192.168.1.2 or 192.168.1.10 or better yet, setup the networks to use DHCP so the IP addresses are assigned automatically.

So what happen when 2 PCS in same network have different IP address?

Example:

192.168.1.1
192.168.10.1

They are in different subnets, and they won't be able to communicate unless you set the subnet mask to 255.255.0.0.
