What is a good fax solution?

The other day my dial-up modem went kaput rendering the Microsoft "Fax and Scan" inoperable. I do not intend to replace it .
So I am asking about a simple solution for me to send an occasional fax. What's available?

Vonage may be a good solution at $15/mo. You would have to ask them how to set it up.

There are other companies that offer internet phone services. You should be able to find those using Google.

If I am not mistaken, there are online services for sending FAXs you may want to look into.
