What is equivalent to iTunes and ATV

Coming back from Mac OS with my own westmere build. Couldn't afford apples high price on a Mac pro so built one for half the price. Dual quad 2.66 westmere system. Anyways, researching options for streaming. My questions is:
What options are equivalent under the windows 7 platform to iTunes and ATV? I know about hulu, plex and the rest. How can I stream to 3 different rooms from my computer? I don't want to stream to another computer. Is there a replacement for apple tv to stream to?

As far as the iTunes software goes, the closest match would have to be be Zune.
(in terms of a Music/Video Player, Store etc)

Of course, if you have a ipod you may need to stick with itunes. There is a Windows version of it.


Im not sure what a equivalent for Apple TV would be.
