What is OEMLOADER?

No that is not correct. Your choices are either Reinstall or Recovery, not both.

Recovery is run from it's partition or disks you make or order from Lenovo if they have them available. It reinstalls all of the preinstalled bloatware which tends to corrupt and smother Win7, so it is an inferior install to the reinstall.

A Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 is much superior and is explained in detail in the blue link tutorial. I have now told you twice that the latest installer is available in the tutorial so you don't have to do all of the updates in SP1 afterwards.

To install Basic which apparently is your licensed version, download the ISO for Home Premium and unlock all versions in it using the eicfg removal tool before burning it to DVD or writing to flash stick. Then choose the licensed version from the menu at install.

These will lead directly to a non-genuine status, and are the result of registry corruption.

Please download and save the CheckSUR tool from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821
(you'll need to look in the details for Windows 7, downloading from the Microsoft Download Center)

Run it - The tool can take anywhere from 5 mins to a couple of hours to run (or 'Install') depending on how much it has to do, and may exit silently - it may appear to freeze for most of that time, but be patient.
The result is logged in the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log file - and an archive …\checksur.persist.log file

Then zip the CheckSUR.log and upload it to your reply.

i just worrying if i do clean reinstall where do i get the right drivers for my laptop
and if i do recovery will this use the drivers before?OEM RESERVED DRIVE HAS DRIVERS RIGHT?

Most drivers are in the Win7 installer or quickly updated via Windows Updates as explained in the tutorial. Have you read it?

Factory Recovery does contain all drivers that came from the factory but many will need Updating anyway. This is all automated in Win7. And Factory Recovery contains all of the bloatware which doesn't play well with Win7.

We also don't know for sure OEM Reserved partition contains Recovery. We can take a look if you post back a screenshot of Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image - Windows 7 Help Forums . It would also help to have your exact Lenovo model number.

Not only the driver but also the Lenovo Energy Managament, TouchPad software, Intel Rapid Storage technology, etc this is not included on windows update

As it also explains in the tutorial, you should run a Clean Reinstall with just the drivers for awhile to see how performance pans out. If additional software is needed then, import it from the same Lennovo Support Downloads webpage.

Most users report they don't want the additional software that's not absolutely required for functions they need and use.
