what is the best video screenshots maker

i want to make video screenshots for some of my videos.
Ez_thumb is good but it can't be configured a lot. Is there anything better than that?

You can add the snap shot button to the lower access bar too for quick access,

As for built in windows features Windows movie maker also has a snap shot feature but wmm is not a normal way to watch videos :)
