Berliner filled with strawberry jelly or the bigger, flatter variety glazed and filled with apple/cinnamon/raisin filling

My favorite is a custard filled, chocolate iced bar but I haven't had one in literally years. In the past 2 yeras I have lost 80lbs and one way I did it was to stop eating doughnuts!

So here's how you remedy the crumbs situation:

After doughnut, place this into coffee mug upside down, push down, and consume coffee
