JetAudio (COWON Media Center) is a great free program with the option to pay for a pro version although the free one is great, it has a supper fast media search and can also play video and edit tags and album art.

I use the cheapest mp3 player I can find off ebay.
The last one I had was $10 - four gigs. I was at the beach, and the ocean got me and the mp3 player. The next day I bought a $15 one off eBay - so far its still ticking! If only I knew where it was.

I think the OP was talking about the Software on the PC not an actual MP3 player.

iTunes. Nice and simple. And I listen to music for music. Don't need any album covers. Great skin. Custom playlists. and easy to use interface.

My problem with WMP is the skin and it's terrible interface. but to be honest, I haven't tried using it since probably XP in like 2002.



How bout this question. Who can beat this? I want to see someone with like 40gigs. Post em!

Trust me, downside of using iTunes, takes at least 30mins to an hour to add my entire library >.>, Winamp on the otherhand, < 2 mins.

I'm using Songbird, mostly because I prefer cross-platform open source applications. It is decent and does what I want, though I'm not overly thrilled with the interface or the fact that it doesn't really use Windows 7's theme. I do most of my music listening on my Sansa Fuze, though, so it is all right for the time being.
