What should I do to keep my SSD in top performance.

Hey guys!

So I run 2 OCZ Vertex 4 128gb SSD's.

Now I am completely aware that you are not supposed to defrag SSD's and I haven't so no worries there.

I was just wondering if there is anything I can possibly do to keep them up in performance and maintenance.

Thanks!

Sowig

Just keep them as empty as possible ;)

I put a backup install on my OCZ Vertex 4 and put it back in the box for safe keeping :D

I use the Intel Toolbox on my 530, see if OCZ has something similar.

Make sure you have TRIM enabled.

I have a pair of 128gb OCZ Vectors in RAID 0, DIY 256gb super fast ssd, actually not any faster but it does create one logical disk from two physical disks.
