I saw it on a gaming forum dled the picture and wanted to know ?

Hi,

It;s a customised skin/theme, and not a "native theme" that I am aware of. You can see that from the Start Orb.

You will need to Patch your system to use it though!! Post back if you need more help after you find it.

no, almost ALL themes that is posted online is downloadable.

i would check deviantart, and don't look for that EXACT image, the wallpaper could have changed.

and a couple of the other theming sites.

i *THINK* i seen it on DeviantART, but if i did it was a long time ago,

Last exams today Language arts and Reading all the rest of em been easy I will be done around 2:00 PM EST and be home around 3:15 its pathetic im on the bus for an hour and i live 10 minutes away from the school and a 15 min walk home.

Sounds like the bus goes all round the houses. If it isn't compulsory to go by bus, you might be better off walking. Plus it will also help you to keep fit.

As far as the top "taskbar", it is perhaps Rainmeter with a customized theme (though I never saw it before the clock+calendar are similar to what I came across earlier, as well as the ugly trash bin icon )...

The actual Windows theme reminds me of "Soft 7 v1.8" but with further modifications. The Start orb has been changed, system files altered to change the way the address bar, search box along with the navigation arrows look; and furthermore, I see the default icon set of 7conifier.

Whatever this is, you can't simply download it all-in-one. It would take you quite a lot of research through deviantART to get similar results.
