What things can i uninstall?

Here is a picture of all the things i have installed Screenshot by Lightshot . I was going to put a list of things that i wanted to kep but thats pretty much everything the only thing i dont want is the C++ and .net things ik some of them are for games but some of them are games that i uninstalled i just wanted to make sure if i delete them would office still work? i don't want visual studios aswell. and any other program that is there that i won't need then please tell me thanks in advanced.

Don't delete the C++ and .NET things. They are needed by many processes, including Office, your video drivers, etc. Deleting those will cause you nothing but problems.
