What updates to install on a fresh Win7 Installation

Hi, i just formatted and reinstalled Win7.

when i ran windows update for the first time, it only installed about 5-6 updates (i opted for it to install important updates only). one of the updates shows sp1 x64, but was only about 30mb when the sp1 download from the microsoft website is about 900mb.

i am attaching a screenshot where you can see what updates were installed, what optional updates were not installed and my computer properties where it shows the windows version (not currently showing sp1 as installed).

TL;DR im wanted to figure out if i have all the updates im supposed to have after a clean install. obviously there were years of updates before i formatted and reinstalled. so i am wondering if i need to install all of those again, or if only the latest ones are what count. also am wondering if i need to manualy installed sp1 or should it be installed via the windows update?

Obviously you've just got a W7 disk,
run this if it comes back OK, copy/paste the output, i'll post a link for W7 SP1 included.
