When starting pc, not ALL monitors turn on.

This happens sometimes and it pisses me off.

I have the latest driver all that so don't ask.

I have 2 980's. This happens sometimes sometimes not. I don't do anything special.

I have 3 monitors and sometimes 2 don't turn on. And I cannot turn them back on. I forget how I got them back on. Yes, obviously I tried restarting my pc and replugging the cord in.

It isn't the cords either.

but if I got into the NVidia control panel Screenshot by Lightshot is all I see?

What exact model 980's do you have ?
Which monitor comes on and it's connected how = dvi ?
How and which card are the nonfunctional on startup monitors on and using = display ports ?

Off topic but your system spec's show no antivirus program ? unrelated just noticed it

The evga ones stock ones with the big fans.
2 display port and a hdmi

The second card I guess? I plugged it into the second card and the monitors started to work again. And I think it is display port that is the only on that works but it is always the main monitor that shows the bios that works. So it isn't the cord.

No but I always download virus programs and such and check every so often. I hate them they always get in the way of torrents and downloads and delete non infected files.

I've never sli'ed cards but which ever monitor and connection the bios come up on would be considered the default monitor,

I would be assuming that all connections would be made on one card I would guess the top card,

So the bios appear on the monitor using the hdmi cable ?
