OK that's a Jetway motherboard Jetway MI5-G41SGMD2 although the drivers don't appear to be readily available on that website, unless I'm missing something. I'll keep looking.

on your start menu type dxdiag on the search bar. click ok then, post a screenshot on the info that will show up.
