I'm trying to clarify what is the correct terminology being required by the program to be activated: it asks for "Computer ID" -- it refuses "Computer Name"; as best I can determine "Computer ID" is supposedly located by START, "cmd", "ipconfig" . . . but that results in "Windows IP Configuration" followed by "Ethernet Adapter etc., etc.". I would think that Computer ID is specifically identifying the PC (hardware), not merely MS Windows (?).
Some online supposed-help sites say the information I'm looking for (ComputerID) is actually listed under "Physical Address" or "IPv4" . . . none of which ## are accepted for activation.
Your sample (above) does not correspond with my system; my DEVICE MANAGER has no OTHER, NETWORK CONTROLLER PROPERTIES, HARDWARE IDs listing(s), so don't know what to do with your offering.
So, no further along here presently, though thanks.
