Solved Which is better: a proxy or a VPN?

Hi, Does anyone know which which is better to use between a proxy and a VPN? I was thinking of one to mainly use to browse the web and i'm unsure which to use. Sometimes I switch between both but I really just want to use one.

Any suggestions???

It all depends on what your looking for. A VPN is meant to be used for people to connect to another network outside of their own so that they can access the outside network's resources. An added benefit to this is that you can become anonymous online because your internet traffic is being routed to a different network. A proxy accomplishes the anonymous part of this only.
