Solved Which version of Windows7 to download

I have just acquired a Macbook Air. Using an App called Parallels I have set aside an area into which I can load Windows. I need to do this in order to work on Excel projects as the Masc version of this program has some differences from the windows versions which are critical for me.

I have looked at websites from which I can download official versions of Windows7 but in a bewildering variety. The main difficulty I have is the question of 32bit or 64bit. Which do I need for Mac OSX.
As you can see from my language I am very much a beginner on this aspect of computing so I would very much welcome some advice.

I've just looked at the parallels site and you can use either, if it was me I'd use the 64bit, but that's just personal preference.

Thanks for that advice. From a users point of view what are the differences between the two versions (32bit and 64bit)?

No difference, the 64bit can just use more memory (over 4GB) and has different drivers, the 32 bit may take up a little less space though.
