Hey, before a 1 week i had norton 360 anti virus and his reboot time took 90 seconds!
so i change the anti virus to avast free anti virus. Both are good, but i know you recommend to use a virus scanner and delete the antivirus.
which virus scanner you are recommend?

I do not recall anyone around here recommending not using an antivirus. Remove Norton is you do not intend to use it. Avast does well in my opinion. You might want to also install the free version of Malwarebytes Antimalware, so that you can run a scan from time to time in case Avast misses anything.

A reboot time of less than a minute with your specs does not sound bad to me at all. And no, you do not need Malwarebytes real-time protection as long as you have Avast installed.

If you decide to run with no real time AV, then you need to do so with Sandboxie. I have been AV free for a long while now, but I use Sandboxie Paid 100% of the time that I'm online, and I use HitMan Pro and Malwarebytes as my ondemand scanners twice a week.
