Your first port of call should be Device Manager.
If you find any device with a yellow exclamation mark against it then you need to download and install a driver for it.
What I would advise is that you create a backup folder for Dell drivers, download all drivers for your computer and save them in case you need them in future.

If you bought a new laptop, the drivers should be already packed on there, unless you reformated or DELL didn't update the drivers.
