You're going to find Win XP to download only on pirate sites like ThePiratebay.

To create a boot able USB flash disk use Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way

Why do you want to install win XP? Why don't you use a lite Linux version?

Because my dell dimension 8300 and graphic card geforce fx 5200 use driver that it can only install with windows XP because it is a old driver

Windows XP Professional SP3 32-bit
It contains all post-EOL updates to May 2019.
It contains extras that you can select or decline during the install process.
I use it for testing purposes in a legacy Dell minitower, and it works fine.

All the necessary drivers (chipset, graphics, audio, ethernet, etc.) for Windows XP should be available.

Linux was mentioned earlier. I'm not sure your machine could handle Lubuntu or Xubuntu, but there are many other Linux systems that are even lighter, and might allow you to install older Nvidia drivers; or have open-source ones available. for example I would check out Puppy Linux, and if not suitable try even lighter ones. But PL would probably work.
