Solved Why my PC stuck at the basic Windows 7 theme? (Aero Problems)

try right clicking an empty area of your desktop and selecting personalize, in the window that opens scroll down to aero themes and select one, if this fails let us know and we can troubleshoot further. that said im about to serve a meal so i leave it for our other capable members.
