Why some web site get too much time to load?

Hi!
Some web site gets long time to load but that web sites are not fully images contain web pages. Sometime they loading, loading and loading more-than 3 minutes. Most of the time this matter happen Yahoo answerer , Facebook and Blogger web page in every time. But not a specific time. But fully image contain web page load normally. These 2 site are not only that problem occur there're many web page do that. I just give an example. I use Firefox v4 and also my connection is "ADSL and its download speed is 512Kbps, its upload speed is 128Kbps.
So please help me to solve this matter.

Hello there. Did you try clearing your browser cookies and cache?
Also you can view Page Info by clicking right on some page and select Page Info.
ex: this page is 17Kb.

Try using a proxy server. See if it helps.

Yes i do it! But now problem already fix. I think its my ISP matter.
