Why Trustport total protection will prompt error message??

Why Trustport total protection will prompt error message "Trustport core service is not running or other fatal error has occurred" and "you can wait trustport core service starts or you can close application"?

Have any solution??

They want you to run the "real time shield" function of the av. Windows Defender shows a similar msg in red if you don't have the real time shield active. I'd say the message was more marketing oriented than technical. ;)

That version's at least 18 months out of date! - you should check whether you're still getting updates, and either upgrade or replace it
