Solved Why WiFi disconnect in win 7 after 5 minutes

Why in my windows 7 laptop home WiFi disconnect after 5 minutes and sometimes after 3 and sometimes after 10,15,25,.. minutes.
Automatically.
It was not so before.
I deleted the network profile and created the new
One.
But the same problem persists.
In Android mobiles internet WiFi is working fine.
Please help me asap.

The wireless card belongs in a museum it's a b type max speed 54 meg n type is 300 meg and AC is 3 gig being that old it won't be able to keep up with the router and not full understanding modern encryption. Depending on PC you need to get a USB wireless which are very cheap. Depending on the router it may slow every other connection. Make model of router?

If someone have 1935 model Chrysler car, then they should not repair it because it is very old

That idea doesn't work as explained yours is old and the router must be slowed down for it even connect so it's slowing all devices. The drivers for it are old and don't understand moden encryption you can get new drivers for a couple of pounds you can get a super fast connection that's why I asked for make model of router.


If you have an old car and can't get parts you can't repair it. I have 40 years experience in IT and giving you best advice

You are my friend.if you don't want to then nobody can force you to tell what should be told in
this matter.
I had ordered 3 days ago USB wifi adapter from Daraz Online store but the delivery man wanted 1039 rupees more,so I fought with him and refused to take the order at my house address.
I returned back the USB wifi adapter.
I am not advocating here for my poorness, I told before that I am RICH.
In case of getting parts for of car,it is not the matter of can't but the matter of time.
Also softwares and hardware can become old but the basic principles remain the same.
I can give picture of the modem/router in my next reply if asked.

Does your laptop have a switch for turning the Wi-Fi on and off. If so, you might try cycling it.

Yes.
On Toshiba laptop it is F8.
But I have pressed that switch F8 but it is not enabling a didsabled wifi.

Wifi router in home.
It was working but not now in laptop, but internet WiFi working in Android and apple mobiles without any errors.

On my Dell, there is an actual switch on the side of it that turns it off and on. Never heard of F8 being used for that purpose. What is the model number for your laptop?

Have you tried resetting your router?

I see that you have Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG (802.11a/b/g)

You might try reinstalling the driver software for it. I suggest you get it from Toshiba support since the vendors sometimes modify drivers.

There is no problems in the router become WiFi working in all mobiles connected to the same router.
Also uninstall and reinstalled the driver
But still not working.
Now you said obtain drivers from Toshiba
,So I will go now there to obtain it's drivers.

It's important to note that it was working flawlessly 1 month ago

I am resetting it to see what happens but the result won't be known until 3,4,5 hours because my Laptop WiFi disconnects after some time.
Sometimes it can be minutes and sometimes it can be hours.
I have downloaded wireless drivers from intel website
Size 75 mb.
See what happens next.
You said to download it from Toshiba site but it's not showing up in google search results.
That's why these drivers had be downloaded from intel site.
Though still trying to reach Toshiba.
