Why Windows Explorer 11 repeats to the beginning of web page

Hello forum, I want to be able to use some yahoo technical forums. But when there, every minute or so Windows Explorer 11 brings me back to the beginning of the forum. Sort of like a webpage refresh. I do not know how to turn this feature? off. Any help??

Hello BrassCat, Welcome to 7 forums. In IE11 you can disable auto refresh.
Click on -

Tools
Internet Options
Security
Custom Level

Scroll down to Allow Meta Refresh and check disable, ok, and apply.
