Wierd Issue with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650

I am running Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit on an HP Pavilion dv6-3181nr Laptop. The Graphics card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650. The Issue, which is hard to describe so I posted a picture. After the laptop has been on, oh say an hour, I will scroll over stuff and it just.... transforms.. like this... It does it even when i leave the mouse pointer and the info just shows up.. but instead its all wierd just like the left click menu there in Itunes.. Any known solutions. I tried searching it up online but I didnt even know how to describe the problem

mayve because your GC is almost dead !
