ok after trying everything i tried using PCR and here's the output

Does it work if you boot to Safe Mode with Networking?
Disable the Windows Firewall (just as a test)?
Disable your Anti-virus (just as a test)?

Do you have the installation disc for Windows or is there a recovery partition on the hard drive? Thew quickest fix may be to reinstall Windows after saving any data.

Ok when I tried this, it got to 79% and then it would quit. I tried it about 10 times to make sure that nothing changed, but it always stopped at 79% :/ FML

ok now I think I know what the problem is. When I disconnect from my network (gage), at the top it just says identifying... with no network after that. I've seen this before and it's called a "ghost network". If you know of any way to get rid of it, you'll get +rep

Yes I am dualbooting (actually quad-booting) but that isn't exactly like my problem. It's a windows 7 problem. I KNOW. I just hope that it's a minor problem that can be fixed quickly :l
