Wifi issues. It works fine then all of a sudden can't connect.

Hello, I've been having this issue recently. On my laptop, the wifi works fine, and then a little while later, it can't connect at all (it looks like it's connected, then disconnects, and then tries connect again, etc). All the other devices connected to the router is fine, only mine is the problem. I tried looking at device manager, the Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235 is enabled, updated, and in the properties, it says that the device is working properly.

The problem does go away temporarily when I turn off the router, wait a little, and then turn it back on, but soon afterwards, I continue to have connecting issues.

Your Xirrus capture looks good, no issue there, however, I see that in your wireless connection you're using Public DNS, why not change the DNS'es to auto same as your LAN DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1. You'll have to click on Obtain DNS address automatically....Please follow this Tutorial.

I use OpenDNS, so that's why the DNS is public. I've been using that for a while now (year+) and have had no problems. I changed it back to auto, but no dice, I still can't connect

I tried using your suggestion for changing the network to a WPA2, but I couldn't connect. It said "The settings saved on this computer for this network do not match the requirements of this network"

Scanning your computer for any infections won't hurt. Download and install Free SuperAntiSpyware. remove all infections found and see if that helps.

No dice on either. I did find some infections though, but still not connecting

Have you tried different browser's?

Check your browser(s) for any Proxy setting and remove if found.

Do a test - restart your computer, continue tapping F8 and select Safe Mode with Networking, see if you're able to connect.

Another test - how is it when you're connected wired? Also, have you tried connecting to different Wi-Fi connections?
