I have an Acer Aspire E1-571G, running Win7 x64, I haven't used the WiFi for a week or two, and 2 days ago when I wanted to connect to a familiar wireless network, it says "connecting to the network is taking longer than usual" then I get "Limited access" and eventually it doesn't connect.

I thought it could be the access point but after testing it with other Wireless Networks, turns out I face that same problem with every single one, even though my brother connects fine to the same networks, so it's not the access points, I tried every fix on the internet, disabled/enabled the adapter, uninstalled/updated the drivers, disabled firewall/antivirus, tested in safe mode, reset network settings in CMD, the troubleshooter says "Windows couldn't automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter" .

I gave up, so yesterday I bought a brand new USB Wireless Adapter, plugged it in, installed the driver, and guess what, I still faced the exact same problem, if I don't find a fix today, I'm reinstalling windows. If anybody has a solution, please help me, I'm willing to try anything at this point.
