Solved Will a Corsair H80i be compatible with a ASUS p9x79 WS motherboard?

I have an alienware ALX full tower and it's liquid cooling system wasn't good for this motherboard (and it's 5 years old) so I decided to upgrade since I couldn't install it. I've bought a Corsair H80i off of amazon but later learned that it has a 3 pin connecter but my CPU_FAN connector has 4 pins. I'm not sure if it's compatible or if I'm able to successfully install the liquid cooling system to my board, it says it supports LGA 2011. Has successfully installed this Liquid cooling system to this board? Will I be able to install it? is it compatible? thanks guys

Specs say it supports the 2011 socket, so you should be fine. A lot of all in one liquid coolers come with only a 3 pin cpu connector, you shouldn`t have any issues with it.
