I would think anybody that states they have OCD has already been diagnosed by professional.

Agreed!; you need to refer to the right personnel for assistance. The rest of us here are not necessairly medical professionals(especially considering we are just answering questions here as volunteers with computer knowledge) so you should be referred elsewhere.

I have a question regarding the 'share with' option regardless of whether its

the read or read/write option.

if it is press will it ask you who u want to share it with or would it just automatically share with everyone without informing you?

Will being connected to the wireless or not connected shows any different?
