thats the info from torrent, in my experience does not mean real. looking hopeful though. but itd d/loading so slow it will be 2 weeks 3 days and 4 hours before i can try lol

Installed build 7048 (32bit) after a fairly quick torrent dl. I did an uprade over build 7022 and all seems to have gone well (it did take a couple of hours). Internet Explorer 8 seems much faster (I can actually use it now instead of resorting to Firefox as I did with previous builds) and on the last build I had trouble trying to install NOD32 4.0 beta (got a BSOD with endless restarts requiring restoring from a backup). On this build, no problem. The new alt-tab switching is cool (showing the highlighted program in the background) and so for no snap crackle and pop when running Creative Audigy 2. All in all, everything seems faster and with less glitches. It is nice to see the improvement. So far I am a happy camper.

Yep this was leaked last night, 100% real...

The rs links that were talked about were indeed missing a part but the torrent and the 15 200mb rs links are all good, just about to install

Confirmed. The beta 1 key worked.

Upgrading a pretty basic installation of Win 7000 to 7048 on one of my test boxes took 50 minutes.
