Win 7 can't boot but start-up repair can't detect anything

So safe mode showed a lot of drivers scrolling over screen. Last line shown was CLASSPNP.SYS?
After that it did freeze forever (wait 4 minutes)?

Here's a picture of the screen the last couple are my security that I got a couple of hours before the problem, is this the issue?

You have the black screen "no boot" errors since 11 jan... see your Post #1. How were you able to install AVG "a couple of hours before "?

Do you mean wiping whole internal disk? Off course win7 is gone afterwards.

But try F8->repair your computer->command prompt. then:

diskpart
select disk 0
list part

I this example I assume there are 3 partitions listed.

select disk 0
select part 0
detail part
select part 1
detail part
select part 2
detail part

So select all partitions and display the details. Which one is ACTIVE? What are the sizes of the partitions ("list part" command shows it).

Very important stuff on drive? Did you make a backup already? If not ... make a backup or copy important files to usb stick or usb drive.

How do I copy using command prompt?

Who told you to do it with command prompt? You can do it with a linux live cd. Or using this procedure:

1. In command prompt type: NOTEPAD (and press enter).
2. File->open. Browse to the stuff you want to copy. Right click on it then "copy"
3. browse to the folder on usb stick you want to copy to. Then right click and "paste"

you understand?

Simply want to copy 1 file:

copy  c:\bcd_e.txt   g:\

If G is drive letter of usb volume
