Can the 64 bit version (assuming one has a good copy of the 64 bit Win 7 Pro install disc) of Win 7 Pro be activated with a COA that originally was provided with the 32 bit version of Win 7 Pro?
My assumption is that a COA for Win 7 Home Premium will not work with any version of Win 7 Pro. Similarly, my assumption is that a COA for Win 7 Pro OEM will only activate a Win 7 Pro installation to OEM status.
