Solved Win 7 Home Prem DVD driver missing - replugging USB does not work

yes, the COA is on the bottom of all the laptops but one, which is just a motherboard and case with nothing else, I may install a linux based system on there and sell as is, there are too many parts needed and laptops are barely worth the time to fix
