Solved Win 7 live mail shortcut lost

Ran AdWcleaner and it seems to have corrupted my short cut for Win live mail. See attachment. Thanks for the help.

Biggest thing I want to do is reload it. I know it's part of Win essentials 2012. When I try to reload it says mail is already loaded. There's nothing in programs / features to uninstall anything pertaining to windows essentials . Not sure about deleting folders and such. Just want to start fresh without corrupting anything else. Please advise on how to get a clean slate to reload. Thanks for the help.
