I have an HP Laserjet 3015 connected to an XP 32 bit PC downstairs and a Win 7 64 bit PC upstairs. I cannot seem to get the Win 7 PC to find the drivers etc for the printer. I've tried downloading vista 64 bit and all other drivers for the printer but still no joy. Any ideas guys, would be most appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the land of 64-bit, where drivers are hit or miss.

I would try connecting the printer to the Windows 7 computer and see if Windows update can find some drivers for it. Once the drivers are installed (if any), then you can move the printer back to the XP machine and it should work.

EDIT: here's another thing to try (try this first):

Good luck.

Other Info
All of my systems still run fastest on XP 32-bit for the most part. Win7 is fun to play with, but I still prefer XP for raw speed, security, and functionality.
Thanks

Thanks for that information. Used the link and that worked 1st time. Will now store that in my own memory bank :D
